Shipping policy
Standard Shipping
We offer free standard shipping (3-5 business days via FedEx) on all orders $75 and over within the United States.
Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $10.
All items are carefully packaged with bubble wrap, foam, and protective materials to ensure they arrive safely.
Expedited Shipping
Need your order faster? We offer 2-day and overnight FedEx delivery for an additional fee.
Expedited shipping rates vary based on item size, weight, and destination. To request expedited shipping:
- Contact us with your order details (or reply to your order confirmation email)
- We'll provide a quote for 2-day or overnight delivery
- Once you approve, we'll send an invoice for the expedited shipping fee
- After payment, we'll ship your order with expedited service and send tracking
Please note: Expedited shipping does not reduce production time. All items are made-to-order with a standard turnaround of 2-3 weeks. Expedited shipping only affects delivery speed after your item is completed and shipped.
If you need your order sooner than our standard 2-3 week turnaround, please let us know—we may be able to prioritize your order for a rush fee.
Processing Time
All orders are made-to-order and require 2-3 weeks to craft before shipping. Custom commissions may take longer (we'll provide a timeline during the design process).
Once your item is complete, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time, but we're working on it! If you're outside the US and interested in our products, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We pack every item with extreme care, but accidents happen. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit:
- Contact us immediately at [your-email@spritzandpyro.com] with photos of the damage (if applicable)
- We'll file a claim with FedEx on your behalf
- Once the claim is approved, we'll craft a replacement item for you at no additional cost
Please note: Because all items are made-to-order and handcrafted specifically for you, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, we stand behind our work and will replace any item damaged in shipping or lost in transit.
Timeframe: Replacement items follow our standard 2-3 week production time. We appreciate your patience as we craft your new piece with the same care as the original.
