Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping (3-5 business days via FedEx) on all orders $75 and over within the United States. Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $10.

All items are carefully packaged with bubble wrap, foam, and protective materials to ensure they arrive safely.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping: 3-5 business days via FedEx (free on orders $75+, $10 flat rate under $75)

Expedited shipping: 2-day or overnight options available upon request. Expedited rates vary based on item size, weight, and destination. Contact us for a quote.

Please note: All items are made-to-order with a 2-3 week production time before shipping. Expedited shipping only affects delivery speed after your item is completed.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet, but we're working on it! We currently ship within the United States only. If you're outside the US and interested in our products, please contact us and we'll see what we can do.

How long does it take to make my order?

All items are made-to-order and require 2-3 weeks to craft before shipping. Custom commissions may take longer depending on complexity—we'll provide a timeline during the design process.

Once your item is complete, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your item ships, you'll receive a FedEx tracking number via email. You can track your package at FedEx.com or through the link in your shipping confirmation.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes! If you need your order faster than our standard 3-5 day delivery, we offer 2-day and overnight FedEx options.

Expedited shipping rates vary based on item size, weight, and destination (typically $70-$250 depending on the item). To request expedited shipping:

  1. Contact us with your order details (or reply to your order confirmation email)
  2. We'll provide a quote for 2-day or overnight delivery
  3. Once you approve, we'll send an invoice for the expedited shipping fee
  4. We'll ship your order expedited and send tracking

Important: Expedited shipping only affects delivery speed after your item is completed. All items are made-to-order with a 2-3 week production time. If you need your order sooner than our standard turnaround, please let us know and we'll see if we can prioritize it (rush fees may apply).

What if my package is lost or damaged?

We pack every item with extreme care, but accidents happen.

If your package is lost in transit:

  1. Contact us immediately at hitusup@spritzandpyro.com
  2. We'll file a claim with FedEx on your behalf
  3. Once the claim is approved, we'll craft a replacement at no additional cost (2-3 week turnaround)

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 7 days at hitusup@spritzandpyro.com with photos of the damage
  2. We'll file a claim with FedEx
  3. Once approved, we'll craft a replacement at no additional cost (2-3 week turnaround)

Orders & Customizations

Can I customize my order?

Absolutely! Many of our products offer customization options like:

  • Custom engraving (names, dates, quotes)
  • Resin color choices
  • Size variations
  • Personalized designs

Customization options are listed on each product page. If you don't see what you're looking for, contact us—we love bringing custom ideas to life!

For larger custom commissions (furniture, display cases, etc.), visit our custom services page on our main website.

How do I request a custom commission?

For custom woodwork, 3D printing, or hand-woven blanket commissions:

  1. Visit our custom services page
  2. Fill out the inquiry form with your project details
  3. We'll send you a quote and timeline within 2-3 business days
  4. Once approved, we'll create a design packet for your review
  5. After design approval, we'll begin crafting your piece

Custom commissions typically start at $200 for woodwork, $100 for 3D printing, and $350 for hand-woven blankets.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately at hitusup@spritzandpyro.com.

  • Before production begins: We can cancel or modify your order for a full refund (minus a 20% design fee for custom commissions)
  • After production begins: We cannot cancel or modify your order, as it's already being handcrafted specifically for you

Returns, Refunds & Warranty

What if I made a mistake on my order?

If you provided incorrect information (wrong spelling, wrong address, wrong size, etc.), we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

Please double-check all details before placing your order, especially:

  • Shipping address
  • Personalization/engraving text (spelling, capitalization, punctuation)
  • Size, color, or design selections

If you realize you made an error before production begins, contact us immediately at hitusup@spritzandpyro.com and we may be able to make changes.

What's your lifetime warranty?

We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your item develops a defect due to materials or workmanship (not normal wear and tear or misuse), we'll repair or replace it free of charge.

What's covered:

  • Structural defects (cracking, splitting, warping)
  • Hardware failures (hinges, handles, etc.)
  • Manufacturing defects

What's not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, patina)
  • Damage from misuse or accidents (dropping, impact, exposure to extreme conditions)
  • Damage from improper care

To file a warranty claim, contact us with photos and a description of the issue.

Product Care

How do I care for my woodwork?

Daily care:

  • Wipe with a soft, damp cloth
  • For food contact items: Use mild soap and water, then dry immediately
  • For wall art or between uses: A non-ammonia glass cleaner works great for a streak-free shine

What to avoid:

  • Abrasive cleaners or scouring pads (can scratch the epoxy finish)
  • Ammonia-based cleaners (can damage the coating)
  • Dishwasher or microwave
  • Prolonged soaking in water

Storage & use:

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme heat or direct sunlight
  • Don't use as a cutting surface (use a separate cutting board to protect the finish)
  • Hand wash only for serving boards and trays

Our epoxy-coated pieces are durable and easy to maintain. With proper care, your piece will stay beautiful for generations.

How do I care for my 3D printed items?

Daily care:

  • Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth or duster
  • For deeper cleaning: Wipe with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap if needed
  • Dry thoroughly after cleaning

What to avoid:

  • Extreme heat (can cause warping—don't leave in hot cars or near heaters)
  • Prolonged direct sunlight (can cause fading over time)
  • Dropping or impact (PLA is durable but can crack if dropped)
  • Harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners

Display tips:

  • Keep out of direct sunlight to preserve vibrant colors
  • Display away from heat sources (radiators, vents, etc.)
  • Handle with care during cleaning or moving

Our 3D printed pieces are designed to be displayed and enjoyed. With proper care, they'll stay looking great for years to come.

How do I care for my hand-woven blanket?

Washing:

  • Machine wash cold on gentle cycle
  • Use mild detergent (no bleach)
  • Tumble dry low or lay flat to dry

Avoid:

  • Hot water (can cause shrinking)
  • High heat drying (can damage fibers)
  • Dry cleaning or harsh chemicals

Storage:

  • Fold and store in a cool, dry place
  • Avoid prolonged compression (can affect texture)

With proper care, your blanket will stay soft and beautiful for years.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

All payments are securely processed through Shopify's encrypted payment system.

Do you offer payment plans?

For orders over $500, we offer custom payment plans. Contact us to discuss options.

For custom commissions:

  • Orders under $500: Deposit starts design, full payment due after approval
  • Orders $500-$1,000: 50% deposit, 50% due before shipping
  • Orders over $1,000: Custom payment plan available

Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?

Yes! We offer wholesale pricing for:

  • Retail partners (boutiques, gift shops, etc.)
  • Bulk orders (minimum 30-100 pieces depending on item)

Wholesale discounts are typically 30-40% off retail pricing. Contact us for a wholesale inquiry.

About Our Products

Are your products food safe?

Yes! Our woodwork is finished with food-safe mineral oil and beeswax or FGCI two-part epoxy resin (food safe after curing).

Our serving boards, charcuterie boards, and sushi trays are safe for direct food contact. However, we recommend using parchment paper or small plates for messy or acidic foods to preserve the finish.

What materials do you use?

Woodwork:

  • Sustainably sourced hardwoods (teak, monkeypod, walnut, cedar, pine)
  • Food-safe resin (FGCI two-part epoxy)
  • Food-safe finishes (mineral oil, beeswax)

3D Printing:

  • PLA filament (biodegradable, plant-based plastic)
  • Non-toxic paints and finishes

Hand-Woven Blankets:

  • Premium soft yarn, machine washable and hypoallergenic

All materials are carefully selected for quality, safety, and durability.

Are your products handmade?

Yes! Every single item is handcrafted by Cait and Phil in our Florida workshop. We don't use factories, outsourcing, or mass production—just two people, our tools, and a lot of care.

Because everything is made-to-order, each piece is unique and may have slight variations (wood grain, resin swirls, etc.). That's part of the handmade charm!

Do you use licensed characters or designs?

Our gaming and anime-inspired products are fan art and tributes, not officially licensed merchandise. We create original designs inspired by the franchises we love, but we are not affiliated with or endorsed by the original creators.

If you're looking for officially licensed products, we recommend checking the official stores for those franchises.

Other Questions

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Not at this time, but all items are carefully packaged in protective materials. If you're sending a gift, you can include a gift message in the "Order Notes" section at checkout, and we'll include a handwritten note with your order.

Can I visit your workshop?
