Refund policy
Made-to-Order Policy
All items at Spritz and Pyro are made-to-order and handcrafted specifically for you. Because of this:
- ❌ We do not accept returns
- ❌ We do not offer refunds
- ❌ We do not offer exchanges
Once production begins on your custom piece, we are unable to cancel, modify, or refund your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind our work. If your item arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing error:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hitusup@spritzandpyro.com with photos
- We'll assess the issue and determine the best solution
- We'll craft a replacement item for you at no additional cost
Replacement items follow our standard 2-3 week production time.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit:
- Contact us immediately at [your-email@spritzandpyro.com]
- We'll file a claim with FedEx on your behalf
- Once the claim is approved, we'll craft a replacement item for you at no additional cost

Customer Errors
If you provided incorrect information (wrong spelling, wrong address, wrong size, etc.), we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
If you realize you made an error before production begins, contact us immediately and we may be able to make changes.
Custom Commissions
Custom commission orders are non-refundable once the design is approved and production begins. Please review your design packet carefully before approval.
If you need to cancel a custom commission before production begins, we'll refund your deposit minus a 20% design fee.
